We are licensed to sell raw milk, yogurt, and cheese by the State of New Hampshire. We practice organic farming to the best of our abilities; feeding only organic grain and hay, using no chemical fertilizers, and using no hormones or antibiotics. The cows are pastured from May to November and are outside as much as possible during the winter months.

Cows are exclusively grass-fed in the summer and fed only dry hay in the winter. Pick up is at the farm only, our stand is open roughly 7am- 7pm, every day, year round- call in advance to reserve your milk. Milk is sold in half gallon jars.

Raw milk for sale in half gallon glass bottles, as well as raw yogurt, mozzarella cheese, cream, and ice cream; fresh breads, doughnuts, preserves, etc. Pick up at the farm, please call in advance to order.

In spring, summer, and fall they graze organic pastures; during winter they are fed alfalfa haylage, hay, and corn silage, all grown in Gill. We bottle milk daily in returnable half-gallon glass bottles and in plastic gallon, half-gallon, and quart jugs. You may purchase milk at the Farm Store any day of the week, 8 AM to 7 PM. If you are coming from a distance, or need a large amount of milk, call ahead.

Walpole, NH: Great Brook Farm, 247 County Road, Walpole, NH 03608. Farm store name is The Milkhouse. Raw milk in 1/2 gallon glass, 1/2 gallon plastic and 1 gallon plastic. Open farmers’ hours 6am-8pm 365 days a year. They welcome farm visits. The farm is a 10 generation family farm with 3 generations working on the farm now. The farm was established in 1761 and it has been passed down from father to son and has always been used as a dairy farm. All unprocessed farm produce (vegetables and cow’s milk) is available to members free of charge, if they meet the proposed budget through contributions over the course of one year. Pledges are based on the ability to pay, rather than on the amount of food to be taken. Having made a contribution, members are free to take as much food as is needed, dependent on availability. We often have more milk than is needed by our members and sell to non-members.
